According to the Law N 78-17 of January 06th, 1978 of the Data National Commission of the processing and the Liberties (CNIL),
relatives to the data processing, to the files and to the liberties (article 36 ) the holder of the right
access can require that is rectified, completed, cleaned, updated or erased the information concerning
him which are inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous, out-of-date or among which the collection or the use,
the communication or the preservation is forbidden.
